06-04-2015: There was “strong interest” in North Park Residences during its soft launch on Sunday (Apr 5), with 313 of 430 units sold. The 920-unit integrated development project saw even sales across its one- to five-bedroom apartments, according to the release, with Singaporeans accounting for more than 88 per cent of buyers
01-08-2014: Frasers Centrepoint Limited unveils Northpoint City, an upcoming development core to the transformation of Yishun. Scheduled for completion by 2018, it will provide seamless connectivity and a one-stop lifestyle destination. Combining the largest mall in northern Singapore with an air-conditioned bus interchange, the first Community Club located in a shopping mall, a new town plaza, a roof-top Community Garden, and the 920-unit North Park Residences, Northpoint City is set to be the crown jewel of Yishun.
06-09-2013: Frasers Centrepoint successfully tendered for the largest mixed commercial and residential site in Yishun Central. The development, next to Yishun MRT Station and to be integrated with the future Yishun bus interchange, can yield about 890 homes, with a maximum of 522,000 sq ft for commercial use. About 43,000 sq ft has to be set aside for a community club. The top bid was S$1.43 billion or S$1,077 per sq ft per plot ratio.
